GENERAL:

1. If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

3. The shipping fees for product shipment will be paid by the buyers.

4. Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or institution at the address indicated by the buyer within a legal period that does not exceed 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.

5. The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with documents such as warranty certificates or user manuals if available.

6. In case the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the moment it learns of this situation and refund the total amount within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:

7. If the buyer does not pay the product price or cancels through bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

SHOPPINGS MADE BY UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

8. If, after product delivery, it is determined that the buyer’s credit card was used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the seller the product price, the buyer is required to return the product to the seller within 3 days at the seller’s expense.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE REASONS:

9. If force majeure events that the seller cannot foresee occur preventing the timely delivery of the product, the situation will be notified to the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order; if paid in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash within 14 days. If paid by credit card, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the buyer’s account.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:

10. The buyer shall inspect the goods/service before accepting delivery; products that are crushed, broken, torn packaging, or otherwise damaged or defective shall not be accepted from the courier company. The goods/services accepted will be considered damage-free and intact. After delivery, the BUYER must carefully protect the goods/services. If the right of withdrawal will be used, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

11. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason by notifying the SELLER through the contact information below within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to himself/herself or the person/entity at the indicated address.

13. If the purchased product is a service, this 14-day period begins from the date the contract is signed. Withdrawal cannot be exercised if the service provision has started with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires. The buyer is aware of the withdrawal conditions as stated in Distance Contracts and Cancellation Terms and places the order accordingly.

14. Costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER.

15. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notice must be sent to the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days via registered mail, fax, email, or a method specified by the SELLER, and the product must be unused as per the provisions of “Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used” in this contract.

HOW TO USE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

16. The invoice for the product delivered to a 3rd party or the BUYER (If the invoice is corporate for the product to be returned, it must be sent with a return invoice issued by the institution; returns for orders invoiced to institutions cannot be completed without a RETURN INVOICE.)

17. The return form and the product must be delivered with boxes, packaging, and if existing, standard accessories complete and undamaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

18. The SELLER is obliged to refund the total amount and return documents putting the BUYER in debt within a maximum of 10 days from receiving the withdrawal notification and to take the goods back within 20 days.

19. If the value of the product decreases or return becomes impossible due to the BUYER’s fault, the BUYER is liable to compensate the SELLER accordingly. However, changes or damage arising from proper use during the withdrawal period are not the responsibility of the BUYER.

20. If the refund drops below campaign limit amounts due to the use of the right of withdrawal, discounts applied under the campaign will be canceled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:

21. Products prepared according to the BUYER's request or explicitly personal needs which cannot be returned; underwear, swimwear bottoms, makeup products, single-use products, products prone to quick spoilage or whose expiration date may be passed; products unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons if packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery; products mixed with others or inseparable by nature after delivery; periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines except those provided under subscription contracts; intangible goods delivered instantly electronically; recordings of sound or image, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and storage devices, computer consumables, whose packaging has been opened by the BUYER, returns are not possible according to the Regulation. Additionally, withdrawal from services started with consumer approval before the withdrawal period expires is not allowed by Regulation.

22. Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, and stationery consumables (toners, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) must be unopened, unused, untested, and in intact packaging to be returnable.

23. According to the distance contracts regulation, goods for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised include:

• Goods prepared according to the consumer's requests or personal needs.

• Goods that are perishable or whose expiration date may pass.

• Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened and are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons.

• Goods mixed with other products and inseparable by nature.

• Books, digital content, and computer consumables with opened protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package after delivery.

• Contracts for services to be performed on a certain date or period such as accommodation, transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply, entertainment, or leisure activities.

• Services performed instantly in electronic media or intangible goods delivered instantly to consumers.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

24. If the BUYER makes payment by credit card and defaults, they accept, declare, and undertake to pay interest according to the credit card agreement with the card issuer bank and be liable to the bank. The bank may take legal action and claim costs and attorney fees from the BUYER. In all cases of default, the BUYER agrees to compensate the SELLER for damages due to delayed payment.
