Fabric Preparation and Preprocessing
Step 1
The fabric preparation phase is the first critical step determining quality in corporate uniforms and workwear production. In this process, fabrics undergo quality testing through batch separation, color control, weight verification, and surface scanning.
Step 2
At the Oddo Textile facility, each fabric roll is scanned with digital optical systems, defect points are marked, and after receiving production suitability approval, they are directed to the cutting plan.
Step 3
In the pre-processing phase, fabrics also undergo resting, moisture balancing, and wrinkle-prevention preparation. This process increases the pattern stability of fabrics like gabardine, twill, viscose, commonly used in corporate attire.
Step 4
Thus, post-production shrinkage or distortion issues are largely eliminated. This stage ensures continuous quality in serial supply planning, especially for hotel chains, school groups, and corporate companies.
