We set measurable quality targets during design, sampling, production, and shipping phases; focusing on preventing errors at their source. We select and audit our suppliers to meet our quality expectations. Our processes are continuously improved to comply with widely accepted quality management principles in the industry.
Ethical Supply Chain and Human Rights
Respectful, fair, and safe working conditions for all our employees and business partners are indispensable. We enforce a zero tolerance policy against child labor, forced labor, discrimination, and unethical behaviors. In supplier assessments and audits, we adopt a framework aligned with amfori BSCI ‘Code of Conduct’ principles; implementing systematic due diligence processes to identify, prevent, and remedy risks.
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
Our priority is to identify hazards and reduce risks in production areas, creating a protective culture through safe equipment and training. Based on ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system principles, we maintain employee participation, regular risk assessments, and accident/near miss analyses.
Data Protection and Privacy
We process, store, and destroy personal data of our customers, employees, and business partners in compliance with KVKK No. 6698 and, where applicable, GDPR. We act according to principles of data minimization, legitimate purpose, explicit consent, transparency, and prompt response to data subject rights; adhering to lawful mechanisms for cross-border data transfers.
Product Safety and Compliance
We apply conditions on the use of substances harmful to human health in our products; verifying compliance with legal regulations and customer specifications through testing. We strengthen material traceability, transparently presenting necessary technical files and label information (e.g., OEKO-TEX® testing frameworks).
Design, R&D and Innovation
We develop designs that combine user comfort, durability, and brand identity. We continuously scan production technologies, technical fabric and accessory solutions; making customer-specific functional improvements. We adopt rapid iteration and validation through sample-production feedback loops.
Transparency, Compliance, and Ethical Business Conduct
We apply zero tolerance against bribery and corruption; comply with legal regulations, trade restrictions, and our customers' compliance policies. We provide ethical reporting channels for our employees and suppliers; swiftly implementing corrective/preventive actions in case of violations.
Supplier Management and Traceability
We evaluate our suppliers based on quality, environment, social compliance, and delivery performance; implementing development plans when needed. We establish batch tracking systems enhancing traceability from raw materials to finished products; preferring sustainable and certified sources.
Continuous Improvement and Goal Management
We define measurable KPIs annually, monitoring performance through internal audits and management reviews. Customer feedback, supplier evaluations, OHS-environmental results, and process efficiency are transformed into action plans and implemented via the PDCA cycle.
